Client Profile: The Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, Inc. is a private nonprofit federally-funded community health center established in 1987 to provide comprehensive health services to the poor, the medically indigent and the medically underserved residents of the Rockaway Peninsula
Project Description: Development of newly-constructed multi-tenant campus providing facilities for a non-profit community health care provider and two colleges, totaling approximately 50,000 SF
Roles and Responsibilities: Denham Wolf served as Real Estate Advisor and overall Project Manager. Services provided included:
> Planning and management of the property acquisition from the City of New York;
> Directed the design and contractor RFP’s, value engineering, and contracting procurement process in order to ensure alignment with public agency requirements;
> Oversight of the construction and requisitioning process;
> Management and administration of project funding;
> Secured construction and permanent financing that conformed to multiple public sector funding requirements and restrictions
