Leroy Li, Senior Project Manager

LEROY LI

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Leroy joined Denham Wolf in 2005 with a background in design and construction ranging from educational facilities to housing renovations to large-scale planning and feasibility studies. He has extensive project management experience including contract negotiations, cost estimation, project schedule development, and coordinating consultant teams. His focus at Denham Wolf has been facilitating and managing design and construction projects for our clients as well as developing high-level financial analyses.

Prior to joining Denham Wolf, Leroy served as a design project engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His projects included the design of Jefferson Hall, a new library at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, NY; and a planning and feasibility study to relocate the U.S. Military Academy Preparatory School from its existing facilities at Fort Monmouth, NJ to West Point, NY.

Leroy received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Leroy also earned a Master's degree in Real Estate Development at New York University's Real Estate Institute. Leroy is a licensed New York State real estate salesperson and a LEED Accredited Professional.
