STEPHEN POWERS

ASSOCIATE, LEASING AND TRANSACTIONS

Stephen joined Denham Wolf in 2008 with a background in public private partnerships, city planning, real estate development, and strategic marketing. His work with Denham Wolf chiefly focuses on providing brokerage services, including leasing activities for The BankNote. Stephen also assists in developing financial analyses for cultural, professional and educational organizations, as well as assisting in designing in-house marketing materials for Denham Wolf.

Prior to joining Denham Wolf, Stephen worked as a research coordinator for NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate working directly with the Divisional Dean to identify and analyze successful public private partnership methods globally. Additionally, as a research intern, Stephen worked for the St. Louis City Planner and Mayor on identifying promising urban redevelopment projects in St. Louis. The project won a World Leadership Award in 2006 from the World Leadership Forum in London.

Stephen's for-profit experience includes implementing real estate development projects in Ann Arbor and St. Louis, and serving as a junior project manager for the Six Flags International Ad Campaign at Doner Advertising.

Stephen holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate. Additionally, Stephen holds a bachelors degree with majors in marketing and entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis's Olin School of Business and minors in visual communications and psychology, and a concentration in film production. Stephen is a licensed New York State real estate salesperson, and a licensed Missouri real estate broker.
