AMY LAWRENCE

Background: Amy joins Denham Wolf with over 10 years of experience in project management, marketing, strategic planning and business development in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She has particularly focused on the analysis, launch and development of new programs and projects. Her experience includes contract negotiation, client relations, and the management of project staff and strategic partnerships.

Selected Experience: Since joining Denham Wolf, Amy has assisted in several projects including brokerage-related services for the Children's Museum of Manhattan and the Social Science Research Council. Other clients include Philly Fringe and Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York.

Amy previously served as the Senior Program Manager and Director of CasePlace.org at The Aspen Institute Business and Society Program where she managed multiple projects focused on sustainability education for MBAs and business professionals. In addition, she was highly engaged in development, successfully raising over $700,000 through grants from private and corporate foundations. Her for-profit experience includes the development of a market entry strategy for a leading German manufacturing firm, the launch and management of new business in 20 countries worth over $6 million annually for the Lantis Eyewear Corporation, and new business development projects for a division of the American Express Company.

Education: Amy holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and International Business from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate Development at New York University's Real Estate Institute.
