PERSONNEL
LEROY LI Background:
Leroy has worked in design and construction for several years. As a project manager, Leroy brings strong communication and organizational skills as well as broad experience in the design and construction of a varied range of projects from educational facilities to housing renovations to large-scale planning & feasibility studies. His management experience includes extensive contract negotiation, preparation and review of cost estimates and project schedules, client relations, and the coordination of consultant teams.
Selected Experience: Leroy is currently managing the design and construction of Chinese-American Planning Council’s new 13,500 square foot facility for its Community Services program. Since joining Denham Wolf, Leroy has helped complete construction of Dance New Amsterdam’s new 20,000+ square foot rehearsal center at 280 Broadway, and facilitated the design and construction process for the relocation of the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School from its facilities on West 16th Street.
Prior to joining Denham Wolf, Leroy served as a design
project engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
working primarily on the design and construction of military
installation projects. These projects include the design
of Jefferson Hall, a new library at the U.S.
Military Academy in West Point, NY and a planning and
feasibility study to relocate the U.S. Military Academy
Preparatory School from its existing facilities at Fort
Monmouth, NJ to West Point, NY. Education:
Leroy received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate at New York University. |
