PAUL WOLF
Background: Mr. Wolf is a 18-year veteran of the New York City real estate industry with experience managing projects from diverse perspectives. His work has included representing developers and property owners to secure commercial tenants, working for the New York City Economic Development Corporation in managing a vast property portfolio, representing tenants in acquiring and developing property, helping to finance projects through traditional and creative routes, helping nonprofit organizations identify and quantify the value of their real estate assets and optimizing their use of that value, helping nonprofit organizations identify and articulate their goals and using their real estate to serve those ends, and providing financial planning and analysis of real estate to support the mission and objectives of nonprofits.
Selected Experience: As a principal of
Denham Wolf, Paul has provided the financial expertise
and business consulting for the development of projects
such as Roundabout Theatre Company's American Airlines
Theatre and the Rockaway Education and Health
Center. Paul structured the financial and operational
components of the development of the Alliance of Resident
Theatres/NY's Spaces at 520. For the Alliance
for Downtown NY, Mr. Wolf structured a subsidy funded
by private property owners to attract a high-end gourmet
market to Lower Manhattan.
During the five years Paul spent at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, most recently as a Senior Vice President of Asset Management, he was responsible for the fiscal management of a portfolio consisting of more than 11 million square feet of commercial and industrial space, frequently functioning as the market expert to support the City's corporate retention efforts.
Education: Paul was educated at Columbia College in Columbia University, earning a Bachelor's degree in English. He also received a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business in its Executive Program. He has been a licensed real estate broker in New York State for 18 years. |
