RONZARD INNOCENT
Background: Ron joins Denham Wolf with nine years of experience in design and construction. His experience is primarily in the not-for-profit healthcare sector, where he managed all aspects of the design and construction process including: planning, programming, regulatory approvals, design, construction, and relocations.
Selected Experience: Since joining Denham Wolf, Ron has assisted in several projects including: brokerage-related services for the Center for Family Representation, project management for Poets House, and feasibility analysis for the Philly Fringe project.
Prior to joining Denham Wolf, Ron served as project manager for a 100,000 square foot master-planning initiative of the Brigham & Women’s Hospital Pathology Research Department. Through extensive planning and programming, Ron worked with the Pathology group to implement a plan to address the department’s spatial constrains as due to internal growth within the limited physical space of the hospital facilities. Ron developed a budget and scheduled phasing for the multi-year re-organization and managed the design and construction of over 30 subsequent projects derived from the master planning process. Ron also managed the Brigham & Women’s Hospital emergency room expansion project, which aimed at relieving patient waiting periods. As the objective of the project was to implement a clinical program that would create higher turnover rates among the emergency room’s most common cases, Ron worked with clinical directors to plan and manage the design and construction of 5 new patient beds.
Education: Ron received a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Communication from Northeastern University, in Boston, Massachusetts. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate Development at New York University’s Real Estate Institute.
