SARAH M. EISINGER
Background:
Sarah joins Denham Wolf with 10 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors. Her work has supported nonprofits in their efforts to develop economic development projects first as a grantmaker at the local and international levels and most recently as a consultant.
Selected Experience: Since joining Denham
Wolf, Sarah has supported several projects including:
feasibility analysis and project planning for Poets
House and the Architectural League, and
brokerage for Americans for UNFPA and Math for America.
Sarah previously served as a senior program associate
at Seedco where she developed and launched the ArtBusiness
Initiative, an integrated economic and workforce development
project aimed at strengthening small arts organizations
in Lower Manhattan. She also managed the Nonprofit Venture
Network, a national social enterprise project that provided
targeted technical assistance to more than 40 nonprofits
starting social ventures. Prior to Seedco, Sarah was with
the Rockefeller Brothers Fund providing grant support
to sustainable development efforts in the Balkans and
South Africa. Sarah has also held positions with Americans
for Peace Now as well as the Democratic National Committee.
Education: Sarah received a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. She holds a Master's in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from Milano - The New School for Management and Urban Policy. Sarah is a licensed New York State real estate salesperson. |
