Build: Project Management

Denham Wolf serves as an owner's representative throughout the project implementation process. We are always watchful when it comes to our clients' budgets and schedules. Denham Wolf negotiates contracts and fees aggressively, and actively manages the quality and timeliness of the work on each component of a project.

We coordinate every aspect of the design and construction process for our clients. The Denham Wolf project management team:

• Defines the scope of work for all designers, contractors and other team members
• Selects and oversees all consultants, contractors, architects, green building consultants, and others
• Monitors the budget and the schedule
• Manages all financial aspects of a project
• Applying to, and complying with requirements of public funding and financing programs
• Coordinates with client board of directors and other stakeholders
• Closes out the project (punch list, paper work, move, etc.)

Green Building for Nonprofit Organizations: Our Commitment

Denham Wolf is committed to encouraging and supporting green building efforts, and has the expertise to help clients navigate this complex and growing field. We have managed several projects that are seeking certification under the United States Green Building Council's LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program.

Whether or not a client chooses to pursue formal certification, we can assist in bringing sustainable building practices to a renovation or new construction project, while adhering to a client's budget and schedule constraints.
