Denham Wolf Real Estate Services is seeking a resourceful, entrepreneurial, and financially proficient Analyst to join its Transaction Services group.
The Transaction Services group specializes in property acquisition (for both lease and purchase), property disposition (for both sale and lease), and comprehensive representation of nonprofit tenants and landlords in the planning and execution of commercial real estate transactions. Since the firm’s inception, Denham Wolf has provided real estate services specifically to nonprofit organizations in New York City and beyond.
The Analyst will work closely with Denham Wolf’s senior brokers in delivering its services. A substantial portion of the role centers on the creation and/or analysis of real estate-related market data as well as financial models, such as cash flows and valuations. Through their work, the Analyst will have the opportunity to learn about New York City real estate first-hand. For Analysts that excel in their responsibilities, there is a substantial opportunity for growth within the firm.
Key responsibilities of the Analyst include:
All employees contribute to maintaining the firm’s property, project, and CRM databases and to the overall marketing of Denham Wolf’s services to the nonprofit community.
The Analyst role is full-time, New York-based, reports directly to the Managing Director of Transaction Services, and includes both in-person and remote work components.

Compensation
All full-time professionals at Denham Wolf are salary-based. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience. Performance-based bonuses and other compensation incentives are available and subject to meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
