Data & Social Media Administrator

Denham Wolf is seeking a Data & Social Media Administrator who will work with the Marketing & Operations team to make the firm’s data more accurate and actionable.

The primary focus of this part-time position will be the maintenance and improvement of Denham Wolf’s internal information, including digital file storage and Salesforce database, tools, and templates. Additionally, this position will support Denham Wolf’s social media efforts through regularly scheduling and posting content.

Priority areas for data collection will include nonprofit tax information, Denham Wolf project data, and contact information for both clients, project partners, recruiting partners, and potential candidates. Supplemental responsibilities may include research on potential clients, supporting the identification of thought leadership topics, and using data to support talent acquisition and HR-related benchmarking efforts.

The role includes majority remote and some in-person components and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager in close collaboration with the Operations Manager. While flexible, the Data Administrator is expected to work three days per week for a total of 20-24 hours per week.


  • Supporting the input of new contact information for past job applicants and prospective candidates into the Salesforce database to support talent acquisition
  • Updating Denham Wolf’s Salesforce database with current contact information for NYC brokers at other firms, information about recent capital projects that Denham Wolf has managed, and information about recent development projects in collaboration with Denham Wolf’s client-facing teams
  • Coordinating synching Constant Contact with Salesforce
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager to execute a large-scale reorganization of Denham Wolf’s internal file structure in SharePoint
  • Collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager to establish a system for documenting past and future recipients of large-scale correspondence Supporting existing efforts to resolve duplicate information in the Salesforce database
  • Updating marketing materials
  • Scheduling and posting social media content
  • Collaborating with Marketing & Operations team to create useful reports and information graphics


Ideal candidates for this role will possess the following experience and characteristics:

  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization, including a natural talent for data management
  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially InDesign and SharePoint, in a Windows-based environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills are required; copywriting and editing experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with, Canva, Constant Contact, Sync Aps,, CoStar, PropertyShark, PLUTO, ZoLa, ArcGIS, and/or other platforms for collecting and formatting commercial real estate information is preferred
  • Photography, photo touch up, or basic digital illustration skills are a plus
  • Past experience with nonprofits and/or in the real estate industry is beneficial but not a requirement


Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience, typically falling in the range of $20 - $30 per hour.
