MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Denham Wolf Real Estate Services is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to uphold the firm's brand integrity, enhance business development, and increase recognition of its people and impact.

The Marketing Associate will play a critical part in advancing internal initiatives for the Marketing & Operations group and across the firm.

Key responsibilities of the Associate include:

  • Manage client engagement initiatives, including content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing.
  • Strengthen Denham Wolf’s visibility through press outreach, award nominations, and marketing materials.
  • Create marketing materials for pitches, interviews, and proposals.
  • Support the Transaction Services Group with property marketing and email campaigns.
  • Attend service group meetings and lead marketing discussions.
  • Help prepare materials for monthly leadership marketing meetings.
  • Oversee social media strategy for content consistency and engagement.
  • Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with the Director of Marketing’s guidance.
  • Track marketing performance, compile reports, and suggest improvements.

The Marketing Associate will work closely with project staff and the Marketing & Operations group. While regularly advised by the Director of Marketing, a significant portion of their workload will be independently managed.

This role is a full-time, New York-based, reports to the Director of Marketing, and includes both in-person and remote work components.


Requirements

Ideal candidates for the position of Marketing Associate will possess the following experience and characteristics:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of marketing experience in professional services; commercial real estate and/or nonprofits experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including copywriting and editing for multiple marketing channels; experience with ghostwriting, media kits, or press relations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with image management (usage rights/licensing) required; photography, digital illustration, or photo editing are a plus.
  • Experience managing external vendors, such as graphic designers and PR consultants.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to build consensus, and influence senior leadership.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to develop efficient systems for content management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), and email marketing software (e.g., Constant Contact).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Meltwater, CoStar, PropertyShark, PLUTO, ZoLa, ArcGIS, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • A passion for serving the nonprofit community and for partnering with others to make a positive societal impact.


Compensation

Compensation for all full-time professionals at Denham Wolf is salary-based and is commensurate with experience. The base salary for this position is $72,000-$82,000. Performance bonuses and other compensation incentives are available and subject to meeting and exceeding defined performance metrics.
