Marketing Coordinator

Denham Wolf Real Estate Services is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and streamline the firm’s marketing and communications efforts.

Within the three-person Marketing & Operations group, which internally supports the firm’s client-facing professionals, the Marketing Coordinator is tasked with ensuring the integrity of Denham Wolf’s brand, the quality of business development materials and processes, and the recognition of the firm's people and impact. In addition, they will support the advancement of internal initiatives for the Marketing & Operations group and for the entire firm.

Specific responsibilities of this position include:

  • Contributing to the production of reports and white papers, creation of presentation content, organization of Denham Wolf-hosted events, and creation of email, website, or social media-based material for engaging potential clients.
  • Coordinating our processes for celebrating Denham Wolf’s people, projects, and ideas, such as pitching the press, producing award submissions, producing panelist/speaking opportunity submissions, and creating email, website, or social media-based material.
  • Preparing materials for pitches/interviews and proposals for new business.
  • Supporting the Transaction Services group in preparing materials related to the marketing of buildings for sale or leasing opportunities.
  • Liaising with outside vendors, such as professional printers and the firm’s website developer.
  • Maintaining Denham Wolf’s CRM and coordinating with client-facing teams to facilitate data entry
  • Attending regular meetings of the firm’s service groups (Transaction Services, Project Management Services, and Development Services) and guiding the marketing-related aspects of these meetings.
  • Coordinating monthly marketing meetings with the firm’s management team, including the preparation of meeting agendas, with guidance from the Head of Marketing.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to track marketing effectiveness, coordinate related reporting, and suggest improvements to the firm’s marketing processes.

In fulfilling these responsibilities, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with project staff and the other Marketing & Operations group members. They will report to the Head of Marketing with the flexibility for a substantial amount of their workload independently organized and implemented. The Marketing Coordinator role is full-time and New York-based. Denham Wolf has a flexible work model that supports a blend of in-office and remote work.

Requirements

Ideal candidates for the position of Marketing Coordinator will possess the following experience and characteristics:

  • to commercial real estate and/or nonprofits is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, including copywriting and editing for multiple marketing channels. Experience with ghostwriting, preparing media kits, or experience collaborating with the press is a plus.
  • Familiarity with image management, including usage rights / licensing, is preferred. Photography, photo touch up, or basic digital illustration skills are a plus.
  • A passion for partnering with others to make a positive societal impact.
  • An aptitude for creative problem solving, consensus-building, and motivating action in others, including senior leadership.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization, including a natural talent for building and improving systems that create, catalog, and archive content.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, in a Windows-based environment.
  • Past professional experience with Salesforce is a significant plus, as is experience with CoStar, PropertyShark, PLUTO, ZoLa, ArcGIS, and/or other platforms for collecting and formatting commercial real estate information.

Compensation

Compensation for the role of Marketing Coordinator is salary-based and commensurate with experience, falling in the range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year. Annual bonuses are available, subject to excellent performance, in addition to Denham Wolf’s comprehensive benefits package.
