Learn how landowning nonprofits can navigate the real estate development process using a structured timeline to guide priorities, evaluate opportunities, and form mission-aligned partnerships that generate long-term benefits for the organization.

Do you have a real estate asset with untapped potential? Join Denham Wolf for an expert-led discussion designed for nonprofit leaders looking to use development to create value for their organization. This session introduces Denham Wolf’s Mission-Driven Real Estate Development Timeline, a practical tool nonprofits can use to navigate the full development process while managing the complexities of real estate planning and decision-making. We’ll utilize the resource to walk through the process—from early planning to execution—highlighting the time, resources, and partnerships needed to advance your real estate vision.

Nonprofit real estate projects often start with a vision—but realizing that vision requires thoughtful planning that balances mission, programmatic needs, financial realities, and organizational capacity. Through practical insights and real-world examples, our team will outline how to assess your organization’s real estate goals and capacity, understand the impacts of potential deal structures, and ensure that your mission leads every step of the way.
