Webinar | Tuesday, June 2nd | 1:00 – 2:00 pm

If your organization is interested in leveraging your real estate to support mission—whether by generating income, developing new space, or increasing community impact—this webinar will help you understand what’s possible and how to get started.

Join Denham Wolf for an expert-led discussion designed for nonprofit leaders looking to use development to create value. Using our Mission-Driven Real Estate Development Timeline, we’ll walk through the full development lifecycle—from early planning to execution—highlighting the milestones, resources, and partnerships needed to advance your real estate goals.

Nonprofit real estate projects often start with a vision—but bringing that vision to life requires thoughtful planning. Through real-world examples, our team will outline how to assess your organization’s goals and capacity, explore different deal structures, and ensure your mission leads at every step.

We’ll discuss:

  • How to use Denham Wolf’s Mission-Driven Real Estate Development Timeline as a tool to guide decision-making.
  • How deal structures and organizational goals shape the development timeline.

Who should attend:

Executive directors, asset managers, real estate directors, finance directors, and board members of land-owning nonprofits who are considering redevelopment partnerships or evaluating how their real estate can best advance their mission.
