Webinar | Wednesday, July 22nd | 1:00 – 2:00 pm EST
Securing capital funding is a major milestone, but it’s only the beginning.
Drawing on lessons learned as Owner’s Representatives for hundreds of nonprofit projects, the speakers will discuss capital funding from a practical, implementation-focused perspective. We’ll address how organizations can prepare for the realities of applying for, receiving, and successfully utilizing capital grants.
Join us to gain insight into what your team can expect from funding award through project completion. Many nonprofits discover that the real challenge begins after the award—when complex requirements, documentation, timelines, and compliance rules come into play. Learn practical strategies to avoid common pitfalls that can delay funding or jeopardize your project success.
The goal of this presentation is simple: to help your organization prepare for capital grants, successfully deliver projects, and claim funding with fewer surprises and less risk.
We’ll discuss:

- Practical strategies for managing timelines and cash flow
- Resources and partners that can help along the way
