Christopher D. Turner, MRICS - Denham Wolf

As Managing Director of Denham Wolf’s Transaction Services practice group, Christopher leads the team in the planning, structuring, and negotiating of real estate transactions for the New York City nonprofit community. With over 15 years of brokerage experience, Christopher has advocated for a variety of clients in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors and represented these organizations in a wide range of acquisition and disposition projects.

His extensive knowledge of the industry strengthens the group’s client engagements, while his years of experience in organizational design and standards oversight ensure the effectiveness of the group’s operations. Guy Geier, FAIA, FIIDA, LEED AP - FXCollaborative

As Senior Partner, Guy leads strategic direction and operations, fostering a continual dialogue between his team, the client, the patron, and the public. He also leads FXCollaborative's Corporate and Interior Design practices, with a focus on developing environments that reflect a client's mission, current program, and anticipated future needs.

With more than three decades of experience in architecture and interior design, Guy is an active voice in the wider design community and has received numerous honors and recognitions for his contributions to the profession.
