Denham Wolf is strengthening its leadership to support continued growth in New York and nationally.

Dylan B. Mattes has joined Denham Wolf as Director of Occupier Services, leading the firm's New York-based Occupier Services practice. Dylan brings more than 20 years of experience as a broker, attorney, and in-house real estate leader, with deep experience working with nonprofit and community-based organizations and education providers.

At the same time, longtime Denham Wolf Transactions team leader Lauren Davis is transitioning from Director of Occupier Services into a new role, focused on expanding Denham Wolf's relationships, advisory work, and opportunities nationally, with an immediate emphasis on the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Based in Raleigh, Lauren will continue to work directly with clients, helping mission-driven organizations evaluate their real estate and make informed decisions about how it can best support their mission, operations, and long-term financial goals. Her advisory work includes portfolio and occupancy analysis, options and scenario development, acquisition and disposition strategy, market and financial analysis, and transaction strategy and management.

This work provides an entry point into Denham Wolf's broader capabilities. Once an organization has identified a real estate strategy, our Transaction Services, Development Services, and Project Management teams can support clients through implementation.

The transition builds on Denham Wolf's longstanding work with mission-driven organizations in New York and across the country. With Dylan providing dedicated leadership for Occupier Services in New York and Lauren putting greater focus on relationships and advisory work outside New York, we are investing in both our core market and the firm's continued national growth.
