Denham Wolf's Client Irish Arts Center Signs 4K-SF Lease in Hell's Kitchen

Irish Arts Center has signed a three-year, 4,422-square-foot lease at 630 Ninth Avenue. The new space provides Irish Arts Center with a short-term administrative workplace close to its cultural home in Hell’s Kitchen, while it redevelops its permanent headquarters. 

Irish Arts Center is a hub for artists and audiences of all backgrounds who share a passion for or appreciation of the evolving arts and culture of contemporary Ireland and Irish America. The Center engaged Denham Wolf to identify a short-term administrative space. After a comprehensive search and evaluation, Denham Wolf identified a suitable space and negotiated a three-year lease, giving the organization the flexibility it needs during the redevelopment of its headquarters.
